  ISO: 4 bedroom (or three bedroom with den) two story home preferably with some or all appliances and no more then 1000$...would like to move in approx around May 15th and would like a longer lease term (18-24 months min),we have good credit, good rental history and good income, one dog and one cat, I've done the online searching since we kinda wanna stay with a GOOD property management company but would consider otherwise and there's just not as many listings as there are when I drive through all the neighborhoods and see signs but by the time I see them they are already pending apps, anyone know of any nice rentals around them or someone who can help us with information?
