  What are some companies that will hire someone with a record, particularly a felony? I have a friend who is really in dire need of employment but his background always get in the way. Most of the time, he fits the requirements of the job but as soon as it get to his background, he gets rejected or the runaround. He's a really great worker, loves to work in labor but his record is getting in the way. Any recommendations?
