  Shout out to an Arlington Business, Gilmore Landscape Architecture, whose name I got from this list - from Carol Luddecke. Rob Gilmore just completed "phase one" of a radical transformation of my front yard and it looks amazing. Still some work to do like cover gas meters, add and move plants, but just the outline is stunning and a "finished" design as it is! He's also a lovely guy and easy to work with. Fair dealing. Professional, responsible, personable. Can't recommend him enough.
