  Jessica O' Toole you can do both. Better to pay for a drop in first and then if you like the classes pay for a class card or a special introductory unlimited 30 day class card. All the classes and prices are here www.GreystonesYoga.ie

  Thanks Kristina Sandaraite. Karen Barry, I teach vinyasa flow in Greystones yoga studio on Wednesdays from 19:45 - 21:00 and Fridays from 18:30 - 19:45. Ingrid Jaanisoo teaches Ashtanga on Saturdays from 09:00 - 10:15. I hope this helps.
