  Depends on the sort of restaurant you like. The White Spot Cafe on 4 th is no frills, but if you are there for breakfast you are likely to see them cutting the fish for lunch. The halibut sandwich is famous already, last week they had fresh wild caught prawns, I think I saw fresh rock fish this week. Fresh cod fish and chips is often a special. If you want fancier, Simon & Seafort's ain't bad. Most of the local places will have something fresh and local. Stay away from the big national chains. You didn't come here to eat the same thing as served in a mall in Duluth.
