  I need recommendations for a heating and cooling contractor. I used Weathervane from Howell last time. Nice guys, but not sure about their expertise. They were out for general maintence, but noticed my furnace was short cycling (stoping and starting multiple time before reaching set temp). They told me I needed more return air ducts to fix. Well, guess what? Last night I noticed three supply registers were completely shut (they are on the floor... Must have been stepped on). In addition, some of the open ones had really dirty old filters inside. I opened and removed filters. No more short cycle.

  Xtreme Air, LLC Heating & Air Conditioning 810-636-7373. Located in Fenton. I used them twice and they are outstanding. I don't think you will ever have to hire a plumber. Good job. Most people would just throw in the towel on a plumbing job like that.
