  Hi. I'm looking for a venue in Cardiff which holds around 30-40 people, has parking and projector screen/HDMI facilities. It's for a 2 hour (approx) meeting.   If you need to hire any AV kit then you can drop me a line. I suggest you take a look at Park Plaza's Civic Suites. We did the projector installation there. They are kind of like board/meeting rooms rather than conference suites, but I think they have one larger one. www.spartanaudio.co.uk
