  I am thinking that I need the advice of either a landscape architect and/or other professional to help with the design and decisions involved for my yard. I have a 1-acre property that is mostly natural desert landscape. The previous owners had enclosed portion of the backyard with a 4' block wall which I have mostly removed. They also had many neglected shrubs, trees, etc. that were either dying/dead or completely out of place that I have also removed and or trimmed as best I could. So I now have a large open area in the back that needs replanting and a redesign. If anyone has recommendations on reasonably priced professional help in this regard, please share them. I'm in the Casas Adobes area.
