  Just got home from vacation, and our basement is partially flooded because our hot water heater is leaking everywhere! Kevin turned the water and gas off, but we are now in need of a new one and a good, reasonably priced plumber (Kev has chemo scheduled for 630AM tomorrow morning and will not be in any shape for a DIY job of this magnitude).
