  Any realtors know anything about Highland Lakes in Northville and their association fees? Looking at listing 19577 Mariner Ct in Northville (it's a condo) and the listing says assoc fees are $400. We want to know if that's per month, or annually.

  Kate Masters Highland Lakes is lovely and very convenient to the the elementary school right there. They limit the number of rentals allowed which insulates your property value from declining. Ive attached their link http://hlca.us/ . I like the community and sold an end unit on the lake for 114K. Family loves it. Here if you need anything Kate.
