Describe a typical work day for you?
Up before the sun promoting all of the home stagings I have completed on my social media sites as a benefit to my Realtor Customers and Homeowner Clients, home when the sun sets to type up notes, send out home staging proposals and email invoices.
Where are you from and how did you get into this business?
I've spent most of my adult life ensconced in Residential Real Estate (since 1992) from working for Builders, Developers, Real Estate Brokers, was a Residential Mortgage Loan Officer for 16 years, and consulted for a local Caretaker Program.
At the insistence of many of my good friends, who are long time Realtors in Albuquerque, I began my Home Staging Business at their behest.

I enjoy being of service to homeowners who need help with interior design and home staging in Albuquerque.
From where do you draw your enthusiasm and inspiration for the job?
I feel gratitude to all the homeowners in albuquerque I am able to be of service to when it comes to staging their home for sale or remodeling or selecting fixtures, finishes and flooring and furniture. I have a passion for residential real estate, homes, condos, etc.

What has been your most memorable experience on the job?
Hearing from Realtors and Homeowners when their staged by me properties sell in hours or days and how happy they are (as well as a little shocked).
