Any ideas on where I can special order replacements parts? (It will need to be a professional as there's not even a brand name on the fixture and they'll need to be able to identify the maker.)   REPOST - Our Bradford White water heater is six months past the year warranty. Richmond American will only fix it if it is within a year. The pilot will not light. The Bradford website gives a list of contractors in the area that service water heaters. Any suggestions for an honest and reasonably priced company in the area?

  you can buy the parts from Ferguston in temecula, 43244 Rancho Way Temecula, CA 92590 (951) 676-9339.........thats the nearest supply house that deals with bradford white...most likely you will need both parts, the therostat and the pilot assembley, take the model number down there and you can get the parts, aprox $200, hope it helps

  Hi Carol, For windows, we used TSI, Thermal Specialties and Installation Company. Their website is tsicompany.com. We have recommended them to others, who have also been happy with the result. For our bathroom renovation a few years ago, we used Ferguson. We went out to the showroom in Chantilly, but they have a couple of other locations. The website is ferguson.com. Cheryl Moore
