  Hi there Rotonda Peeps, I am a UK home owner in Rotonda Lakes. Absolutely love it there, and find this group really informative! I have a few questions which hopefully all you knowledgable Rotondians can help me. 1). I have a few jets on my in ground hot tub/spa that don't appear to be working, and I don't think my current Mgr knows how to fix (although hasn't admitted that's) but they have been out for a few months now. Hence I need to get someone to have a look and diagnose the issue as soon as possible before my next guests go in mid-February. Any recommendations for good pool/spa guys out there who may be able to help? 2). Once again our MC has indicated that he would be pressure washing our paver drive 1 per year, but so far in over 2 years that hasn't happened! It certainly isn't bad but I think we would like it down to freshen up. Again, any recommendations of experts who could do this, without breaking the bank. But definitely want someone who comes highly recommended. All recommendations for both services welcome .. I would like to sort both ASAP. Regards Rosemary

Amazing difference in the screens, never realized how the accumulated dust limits visibility. We will be using Jeff 2X a year and every 20 years following any Hurricanes !!! Thank you Jeff for a great job. A local business man who cares about our community and price was amazing !!
