I had a cousin in from Las Vegas visiting Coldspring Tx. Where her parents live. We had shopped at Cato's in Livingston. Afterward we wanted to enjoy a Margarita. We asked the young ladies where we could get a good one. They immediately recommended Patron Grill, THE MARGARITAS WERE DELICIOUS. We paid with a debit card, they accidentally charged the card twice, including a $5 tip. She noticed the extra charges immediately, as she checks the card charges daily. This was Friday July 18 2015. She called the restaurant to ask them to remove the extra charge. She was told that this sometimes happens and that the card swooping machine sometimes did that. My cousin ask for them to correct the matter. Patron Grill took until the following Wednesday July 22, 2015 To correct the matter, my Coysin had already returned to Las Vegas before the restaurant credited her account and did nothing to compensate her for KEEPING HER MONEY. THIS IS BAD BAD BUSINESS. Please check you CHARGES on you credit cards whenever and wherever you may use it ESPECIALLY AT PATRON GRILL IN LIVINGSTON TEXAS.
