  Can anyone recommend a reliable, and reasonably priced local service that can do a thorough clean of my wheelie bins? I've only this week managed to get Council to empty them - thanks to Cllr. Graeme Campbell's interventions. The previous home owners had left them almost full, and now they've finally been emptied, I see there's a soiled nappy stuck to the bottom - Yuk! :(
