  Hi yes I go to New Look in Beulah Road, Thornton Heath. It in same row of shops as Beulah Junior School and the Post Office. They just 20 quid for cut n blow dry, I not had highlights myself, however the 2 girls there have done other customers' highlights while i was there, the customers were well pleased and looked great! I think they shut Mondays though, so try them another day, here is their phone number: 020 8764 4060 hope this helps! x
