  Does anyone know of a reputable mechanic in the Kankakee area? I took my car to a mechanic in Kankakee December, 2013 because it wasn't heating. Between him and his employee they managed to crack the plastic that covers my gauges, I have a hole in my dash where the rear defroster button won't stay in AND I have no flashers! I had been after him since December, 2013 to get this fixed and he won't do it! I want to get this fixed and send HIM the bill! Anyway, does anyone know of anyone who can fix this?? My car is a 1996 Ford escort which has been my baby and I had taken REALLY good care of it up to this point and this is killing me. I tried to explain to him how dangerous it is driving around without hazards and apparently he doesn't give a crap! I sent him a message on FB and he told me to have my HUSBAND call him, it is MY car not my husbands. I read on his FB wall that he thinks females are *itches, he or one of his employees tore up my car, I didn't, that makes ME a *itch??? Oh, and by the way, I probably have 75% of the heat I should have!
