  I have never used them (thankfully only have had minor dryer trouble to date that i was able to repair) but I did talk to a guy from Harpers awhile back. Very nice/helpful. (501-327-8100). Also, Harpers has a nice quote on the back of their business cards: "If we meet & you forget me you've lost nothing, but if you meet Jesus Christ & forget Him you've lost everything".
