  Marie L. wrote: Gilbert was contracted to haul away soil, bring in new top soil, grade it, and seed our yard as well as get a stump ground down. He left us without the work done and damages to our property. He will string you along with excuse after excuse. We've filed a complaint with the BBB and took him to court - where he was judged to be in default. Buyer beware!!!
