  Greg Robles of Kingdom Electric (720) 985-9575, did a great job at our house. Similar problem, we had a new main panel put in and redistributed the loads to more circuits. He started out covering anything around his work areas in plastic so they wouldn't get dusty. Main panel has no crossed wires so you can trace out where exactly each wire goes easily. Very reasonably priced too. Emailed us a PDFs for his bid and final bill.
