  Hi Marsha, please pardon my interruption, but as I was tagged in a comment, I'd like to offer a little advice. Not all computer professionals are the same. Geek Squad and Computer Repair Doctor may be able to fix basic problems with your home PC (assuming you don't mind the hassle of taking apart your computer and bringing it to them, because neither of them come to you AFAIK), but I wouldn't trust them to work on an office computer.
