  Hello all. Am looking for a venue - possibly sports club/hall for hire for a party on September 19th. It's for a 3 year old so needs to be family friendly but is a party for the adults just as much as kids. 60-80 guests. Definitely need kitchen/food prep area, possibly bar and outside area and ideally within easy reach of a rail station for folks coming by train. Any ideas gratefully received!

  The Caterham Arms, Coulsdon Road, Caterham Gerry and his Team are fantastic.There is a large play area in the garden inflatables for the children to play on and the garden is secure. Plenty of parking both in back and front. They can also do theCatering with special requirements if needed. I have held quite a few events there, why dont you just give him a call and have a meet up with him 01.883.341871. This pub is a real 'family friendly' pub and I cannot recommend it highly enough!
