  I'm considering bringing a rough collie into our home sometime this year, I am having a little trouble finding one. IWe live in Northeast Georgia. I don't want one shipped, I will go travel a couple of hours to pick one up. I am definitely trying to avoid "puppy mills". Does anyone know of a good breeder or kennel near us ?
