  Hi Mike, my name is Fred Roediger, I am the owner of Heritage Title. I would like to talk to you regarding your experience with Heritage Title. I have been in Crystal Lake for 18 years. I do the Title work for every Attorney on this list except for 2. We follow the published rate of the Title industry, so there should NEVER be a differance in price. Your price for Title insurance is based on the sale price of the property. That is why I think there has been some kind of misunderstanding.
