  OK Mark Martin with Bail out window cleaning does a GET job on Windows and is very inexpensive. For carpets I Love Fiber Bright total carpet care they took my rental carpet that was trashed and everyone's else said it had to be replaced and they got it clean and it still looks good 4 years later.
