  Good morning. I think Kingsley power washed / stained our decks not long ago. A friend on the hoa board in another development is looking for a contractor for power washing and exterior painting for his development. Their current contractor has turned out to be a mess. Like Painting over dirt and debris, etc. Would anyone here feel comfortable recommending any contractors? If so please message me. Thanks for the help!
