  We are looking for a bonded and insured company that can tear down our garage. The roof collapsed during the storm. It is too dangerous to go in to assess the loss of our possessions that are inside so we can not clear out our stuff, yey. We already have had our insurance company do the assessment and write a check. Once again, only highly qualified construction/demolition workers. There is too great a risk of someone getting hurt and/or causing damage to our neighbor's garage. Thanks.

  In 1984 my Father Daniel L. Wagner started D&L Trucking. In 1989 I took over operations and added Majestic Home Improvements. We started installing Roofs and soon grew to Siding,Trim and windows .As we grew I slowly closed D&L . In 2000 We teamed with Fannie Mae Foundation and became a certified rehabilitation Inspector as well as contractor .In 2003 we then teamed with Wells Fargo as a Certified Inspector/Contractor. In 2009 i obtained My N.Y.S EMT and FEMA IS100 and IS700 . In 2011 we then teamed with the 4 Major Insurance companies. I am Proud of our Growth but have never forgot what area we started in (Angola). We offer Free Assessments/Estimates , In house repair loans with interest rates between 0% and 5% and payments as low as $200.00 per month .
