I have been using them for over 20 years and have known the owner Tim since about 1978 ( he was only an employee back then). I just had them replace the carpet in my living room with a wood laminate and LOVE it. Tell Tim or Jim (the other owner) "Kate sent you". Not that it will get you a better price but you never know. I think sometimes they might even have some sort of coupon in the Trends but not positive about that.
