  My neighbor is a commercial property, the snow removal of that property is done by somebody else and the guy who plows pushes all the snow to the road and obviously in front of my driveway too. This blocks my driveway and the neighbors also has problems like most of them get stuck in that snow until it is plowed away by a town truck. Can somebody advice me where I have to file complaint against this company.
