  I don't think Dr Swartz is in practice anymore. I would not recommend him anyway. My children had MassHealth for a short time and I ended up paying for dental with our dentist because the dentists we saw were terrible. This was years ago. It may have changed. You can try the community health center on the Cape. They have dental. 508 477 7090. Try dental schools also.
