  Despite the coming bad weather I'm looking ahead to spring. This is the year I finally do something about my townhouse patio and backyard area which needs a complete re-do. Does anyone have a recommendation for someone who does it all, remove an old concrete patio pad and all vegetation, and design and install a backyard plan that includes grading (standing water is a problem now), hardscaping, and installing raised beds and new shrubs. Cost is a factor but quality of work and materials is more important. TIA.
