  Can I get some recommendations please, for a reliable local company that do exterior building maintenance. I live in the garden flat of a four storey Victorian building. All four flat owners are the freeholders and we need some work done on the building. It needs full scaffolding to do new soffits and fascias; guttering; downpipes; rendering; painting & all windows refurbished. Thanks in advance.
