  Anonymous Dr. Becker has a great way with kids (and parents). He was a highly-trained, English speaking, psychologist who understands the Israeli school systems and the unique challenges American immigrant children face. My husband and I have consulted Dr. Becker numerous times over the past few years when issues came up. We always found him very insightful and he relates to kids great (even though he looks like a kid himself). What we particularly liked was his approach that some things are just not that big a deal and his desire to get the child OUT of treatment as quickly as possible. Sometimes, just one or two sessions was enough to give us the tools to handle different situations.
