I switched to them a couple years ago after feeling like I was getting ripped off at all the chains (Monro, Mavis, etc). So far Rich and his crew seem to do good work, and they don't suggest a bunch of shit you don't need.

  We go to Pro Automotive in Schenectady. Very fair and try to get you the best deal. For example we need them to put struts on our 09 car and they told us to buy them online and they would install them.
