  Looking for a vet in Mchenry. I really like Mchenry Pet hospital but the vet always wants to knock my big dog out b/c he's a lil wild when he goes there. He's not aggressive, just big and strong and I can't help but feel like there's a better alternative then completely sedating him every time he needs his nails trimmed (I am not looking for a groomer, I am looking for a VET).   Can anyone in the Fox Lake or northern Illinois area suggest a pet taxi company? My mom has two very large cats, one a former SPCR cat, who she cannot carry to/from the car for vet care. My father is currently in a rehab facility for a hip replacement and cannot be used for pack mule services. I also cannot help as I am in Pennsylvania.
