  Parkview Medical Group (301) 293-2549 3000 Ventrie Ct, Myersville, MD 21773 I went here when I lived in Martinsburg, but they also have offices in Urbana, Mt. Airy, and a few in Frederick. Very convenient! Super friendly and you are guaranteed to get an appointment!
