  Pest control recommendations Hey folks! My wife and I need someone to take care of our ant problem in our new house. We're pretty clean and tidy people...we don't leave food out, dishes get cleaned and go in the dishwasher, etc. The ants aren't really finding anything...but we just see the occasional scout wandering around the countertop or on the backsplash. And outside...phew boy, do we have ants for days. We're definitely going to need professional help fighting back! Any recommendations? I do know how to use Google, but testimonials from folks who've had the same problem would be very helpful :) We're in Cary, so whomever you suggest needs to service that area. Thanks!

  I’ve used Smith Exterminating for decades. They’re under new ownership but their staff is just as good as they ever been. Prices are really reasonable too. I have a contract where they come out quarterly to treat them if I have any issue they come back. In 6 years I only have had one big issue and that was a wasp nest that they crawled under the deck to get rid of.
