  So far this month, I have needed auto mechanic (wiper mechanism failure), a plumber (frozen pipe) and HVAC guy (furnace went out). Last night, I learned that my house needs the attention of an electrician. The power went out in my bedroom. Not my whole house. Just the room with my alarm clock.
