Where are you from and how did you get into this business?
We are based in Freehold, NJ and service most of New Jersey. Aaron Golub and James Fossetta have over 20 years experience in the chimney and venting industry and all of our employees go through vigorous training and adhere to the Chimney Safety Institute of America's standards and Code of Ethics. We are also members of the National Chimney Sweep Guild.
Describe a typical work day for you?
A typical day at Up On the Roof, LLC Chimney Sweep could involve visiting multiple homes to perform routine Chimney sweeps and inspections or it could involve 4 or 5 of us at one location working on a chimney rebuild or installation. There truly are no "typical" days. We are here for all of your chimney and venting needs.
From where do you draw your enthusiasm and inspiration for the job?
We find inspiration from seeing the smiles on our customer's faces after a job well done. We take pride and find inspiration in knowing that we come highly recommended between trusted friends and meeting those expectations.
How can a customer ensure that they receive the best possible service from you?
A customer can take solace in knowing that on any job, no matter how big or small, they will be getting our best. We strive to answer calls and emails right away-we are always available to answer questions. We want our customers 100% satisfied with any job we perform and we will do whatever it takes to earn that satisfaction from our customers.
What has been your most memorable experience on the job?
It's always a memorable experience when we run into a family of raccoons in a chimney!
