Sarah J. replied:Jen, a couple of the INTEGRIS dietitians are doing free consultations. One, Karen Massey, is doing consultations this Thursday at her office near INTEGRIS Baptist. The other one, Pam Patty, is doing consultations at INTEGRIS Southwest on Jan. 9 th. You just have to call 951-2277 to sign up for a time slot. I've met them both and they're super sweet.
