  Gary G. wrote: First appointment they're a no show, no call. Thanks for making me wait aroundfor 3 hours when I had stuff to do. Today they show up, and after about a half hour looking over the problem (clogged washer drain and leaking shower in one of my rentals) I see them drive off. So I call them up and ask what's going on, and he says "We got an emergency call." So I ask when they can come back, and he says "you need to call someone else, we don't have the right tools." Seriously? Ridiculous.
