  He is on NW side, but hes ver good. Takes our ins and ive never gone over my ins amt. till this year. Thats my own fault cause i waited too long. Hes gonna work with me on the overage though. Ive been going to him for almost 20 yrs. Dr David Kelly. 8882900.
