  Looking for a RELIABLE handyman to do some household projects at an affordable price like drywall repair, replacing door frame, screens, fix electrical outlet, touch up some sloppy tile work, replace fluorescent bulbs on tall ceiling (will require ladder) at private residence on west side of JAX. Tired of the ripoffs and guys who start projects and then leave messes and fail to show up to complete it, steal, do shoddy work, try to get more money than was bid, give me illegible receipts, etc. I pay cash on the spot but will need to see your driver's license, check out your address, have a current phone # and references. BTW: I obviously know there are professional COMPANIES that do this kind of work but I'm looking for a lone handyman who needs the work, is skilled and does a good job, rather than a company that has a lot of overhead and pads the bill.
