  I need to find a hairdresser in my area. I need to get a cut and a style and I also need to get foil highlights. My hair takes a lot of highlighting because my hair is at the moment about 18 to 20 inches long. I also have a fairly thick head of hair. The last place I had a gun said they had used twice the amount that they normally use on a normal Head of hair. I'm looking for someone who can do this in under three hours as well as under $150.
