  We use Chris Chaffin of Chaffin Dental. Their office is located at 605 E Holland Avenue; Suite 214. It's in the same building as CCNW. There is an elevator to the second floor. The entire team is wonderful. I believe Terri or Tracy would be able to answer any questions you might have. 467-6128 Good luck!!
