  Usf Health Ortho, in Tampa. 813-396-9422 Had I not gone to them, a cast would have been put on my foot, for my 1 st metatarsal, broken at BOTH ends. Local docs only saw one break. In other words, I would not be walking. You want a good specialist, they are the best...and they do see cash patients.
