  I was just looking it up! His name is Dr Guerra and his number is 596-1230. It says $99 for new patient exam and x rays on his website. He did a lot of stuff on me and it didn't hurt at all! Plus if you need big stuff you can make payments which is cool :) he does look plastic though!
