  Hope this helps... ETC.= Engineering & Testing Consultants Inc. , Bill Hortsman, office 486-5522 cell 237- 2096. It has been a couple of years since I last used him but I am sure he is still doing inspections and repairs, if not I'm sure the company has another technician...
