  Anyone a knowledgeable painter? I'm wanting to paint my kitchen cabinets which are currently painted white (and chipped up, I might add). We probably didn't take the right steps when we first painted them. What steps do I need to take to repaint them? Do I have to sand them completely before priming and painting?
