  contact the ccap office.. www.coastalcommunityactionprogram.com or 360-533-5100. They will give dates and times when they are doing the handouts Backpacks yes.. There's usually a coat drive coming up before the weather gets too bad, as well.

  We can't remember the name but you can call coastal community action program and ask them, they will be able to tell you. I do believe its for Washington state only too. , I think there number here is 533-5100 but don't hold me to that. If that isn't the number and you can't find it I can get it on my end. Hope that helps a little
